If your checking account is overdrawn, you can have funds automatically withdrawn from your statement savings account to cover the difference. With Automatic Transfer Protection you can avoid the expense and embarrassment of overdrawing your checking account.
An Overdraft Protection Line of Credit provides qualified borrowers with a personal revolving line of credit. It allows you to access your line of credit by check, automatic withdrawal, ATM, or point-of-sale transactions, any transaction that overdraws the account will be covered, including bank assessed fees, up to your available credit limit. You pay interest on the outstanding balance instead of costly overdraft fees. With Overdraft Protection tied to your checking account, you never have to worry about insufficient funds.
Overdraft Privilege is not a line of credit, but should you inadvertently overdraw your account we have the discretion to cover your overdrafts as outlined in our Discretionary Overdraft Privilege Disclosure. Fees charged for covering overdrafts, as well as the amount of the overdraft item, will be subtracted from this Overdraft Privilege amount as items are paid. It may be possible that your account will become overdrawn in excess of the Overdraft Privilege amount as a result of the assessment of a fee.
