Annuities
SBLI offers two types of annuities, Optimizer Annuities or a Single Premium Immediate Annuity.
Optimizer Annuity
- Single premium tax deferred annuity
- Payments begin at a later maturity date
- Money grows tax deferred until you make a withdrawal
- You choose the length of time the initial interest rate can be guaranteed, up to five years
Single Premium Immediate Annuity
- Provides payments immediately in the first year
- Choose to receive your payments either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually
- Additional contributions not allowed
- No cash surrender
