Branch Operations Supervisor - Covers both the teller supervisor and customer service positions. Performs a wide variety of customer services such as opening new checking, savings, certificates of deposit,, I.R.A. and safe deposit accounts. Cross-sells services, performs account maintenance, sells and cashes U.S. Savings Bonds, and assists customers with their ATM cards. Performs all teller functions as well as other duties requiring additional knowledge and experience, such as processing clerical work through the area, and supervises and assists tellers in daily activities as well as with complex balancing, resolving problems and other situations as required. Successful candidate must exhibit a high level of leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must possess two to three years of progressively responsible banking experience with knowledge of bank operations and state and federal regulations.
Part-Time Tellers -- Seeking several professional individuals with outstanding people skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Experience in sales and customer service a plus!!
